Snoring! Best Anti snore remedies ?

Please recommend me any anti snore remedies for my dh! That you have found to work.it’s driving me crazy now

Please awake at the moment due to wife sounding like a foghorn at the moment

Same I’m dibbing until the sleep pattern changes either that or a pillow goes over his head 🙀🤣

I wear foam ear plugs every night. It doesn’t completely drown out dh snoring but I find it does help. If he’s having a particularly loud night though they aren’t very effective and it’s just a case of prodding him awake and hoping I fall asleep before he does 😂

This is exactly what I do too. And what I should be doing now while he’s still downstairs watching TV!

I would do ear plugs but I need to be able to hear my youngest and my dogs ! One is an old lady and the other is poorly.
It has just gone a little quieter the pattern may have switched yay !

For my daughter, adenoids removal! Looking back, I am sure she had sleep apnea from a very young age.

Weight loss helped my husband. He snored very loudly, now not at all.

It sounds completely ridiculous but if my husband is snoring I whisper his name and say "stop snoring" and he stops like magic without waking up. I'm either very lucky or a genius. It's likely the former 😂
