Yeah, I think we booked at the same time. Ours is £4546, including flights, car with upgraded insurance and 2 nights club level at HRH. So I think it would have to be a significant saving for me to change it. If I could get flights & car for £3000 then I would be more than happy to change it, but I can’t see that happening!

My issue booking with BA is that the flexible booking policy is only up to 31st Aug 2022, I found flights returning on 31st but as they land on 1st Sep it not covered if I want/need to cancel 😭

How many weeks in advance does Ba want full payment? I’ve seen a good Canada price for end of Oct, but probably won’t get the inevitable flight cancellation for another weeks, so was looking to see if I could put a deposit down in the interim and try and get away with no paying the full balance until I know my Orlando trip is in the knackers yard

It's currently 3 weeks for balances (exact date will be shown on the payment page) with cancellations arriving around 5 weeks out at the moment.

If you add a hotel for 1-2 nights, does this make your booking a package? Tried do do online but wanted full cost rather than a deposit. Wondering if worth calling in the morning.

Are you going through flight bookings and then adding a hotel at the summary page? This doesn't work to trigger a package, you need to go to book a flight + hotel then select custom trip.

I had planned the exact same date to return and hadn't even considered that. Hadn't really looked at booking the flight just yet. Presume Insurance would cover it...if you have one with sufficient Covid cover?

if the flight out is before 31st Aug though would it not fall under the flexible cover or have they set it up so the return date has to be by then as well?
