Confused!

Our flight times have changed x2 now but each time I've logged into virgin website, it still says row 31 on the way out and 48 on the way back which is what I originally picked.

When I look at the seat plan it jumps from row 24 to 40 something which means there is no 31!

I'm so confused!

My outbound flight isn't showing on the VA site now for the 8th December,it says that our flight is with another airline,it was like that a few weeks ago too,are you Virgin Holidays?Our flight coming home in January is fine though...dreading losing our seat selection 🤔

I booked through Charter so its virgin Atlantic ... how bizarre that its not showing for you!

I had to accept the changes before it would allow me to view seats

I can't see anywhere to do this,I think being with VH that they have to accept the changes for me,I've just sent them a message on WhatsApp🤔Hate the thought of losing our extra legroom seats 🤞

I cant see anywhere to accept changed either there's there's message at the tip of the screen ticked in green telling me there's a change but that's it

Have you scrolled down the page as that's where I found the box to accept flight changes.
