Steer well clear. We had problems with them. Very good at taking your money but getting in contact with them is horrendous. They cancelled our flights then rebooked them (at a cheaper price so more profit for them) so if I hadn't checked our pre paid bubble seats we would have lost them. Luckily I checked regularly, got on the phone and they got them back. Then it was "the villa you wanted is no longer available" and they tried to give us a smaller one miles from the parks. I told them I wanted what I had paid for and eventually the villa suddenly became available again. Then a few days before our flight they rang to say all the 12 seater vehicles were taken and we would have to have 2 cars. On arrival at Mco we were told they had 4 available and to go pick one. When we got back we had a bill on the mat for £600 from them for the 12 seater. Hubby got on the phone straight away and they said it was a "clerical error" and to forget about it. I wouldn't use them again ever. This year we are using Kenwood Travel and they have been great so far.

Asked the same question recently.
Didn't get any positive replies.

Have went with Charter Travel for our next trip.

Wouldn’t touch them again with a 10ft barge pole. Shocking customer service, change flights without notifying you.
Search for my post from a couple years ago.
Avoid them like the plague😤😤

STAY CLEAR!

Bunch of cowboys, (I'm being polite when I say this) if you wants a stress free build up to your holiday, look elsewhere.
