Hotel cheyenne

Hi. We’re staying here for our trip in a couple of weeks. Just wondering if anyone who’s stayed there has any info.
Would emailing room preferences be of any benefit. We always ask for an upper floor in a quiet location. If so could anyone post the email address.

Also understand that it is close to Santa Fe so is it near to the garage which has the Shop?

The hotel email addresses are in a sticky thread at the top of the forum Last time we stayed at Cheyenne we emailed about a week ahead with preferences - didn't get a reply but both requests we made were honoured.

We just got back from Hotel Cheyenne and we really enjoyed it. The theming of the hotel is fantastic, the food court had lots of choice as was really nice and the rooms were good too!

I always email about a week before I go to - dlp.chy.front.office@disney.com. They do normally try to accommodate requests where possible but you don't always get a response.

If you get a room near the river, the walk to the garage behind Santa Fe will be about 10 minutes.
