Most cost effective ticket will be to get the DC ticket which includes Seaworld and Busch gardens. This won't cost much more than just doing discovery cove.

Both have coasters - which you can ignore, but also a lot of animal orientated attractions.

Have a look at their websites to see their attractions and if they appeal to you.

If you have a DC, then it comes with a day at either Seaworld or Busch gardens. Both have absolutely loads of wildlife.. and it will cost you nothing. If you buy a DC ultimate for about £30 more, you can do both!.. and with free parking throughout.

We saw an Alligator and the well documented Bald Eagle nest that the bus tour passes .

Gatorland is worth a visit, depending how far you want to travel there's Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Boggy Creek airboat rides, a behind the scenes tour at Clearwater Marine Aquarium which is a working marine hospital - they also do some great boat tours.

Would recommend Seaworld and as someone else has suggested, it won’t cost a lot more to get this included in your ticket
