Christmas time at DLP and first timer advice

So we've been going to WDW for past few years and going back in summer but we've just booked flights to Paris from 23rd December to 27th. Always wanted to go, especially at Christmas.

Get in at 11am on 23rd and leave at 6pm on 27th, been doing a bit of research but all completely new to me even though WDW like back of my hand!

We want to stay on site or at least close to the park and don't want to use a car. What's best and cheapest way to get from CDG airport to DLP?

We knew it would be expensive but just trying to work out best deal as want half board with 1 or 2 character meals and Wild west show. Ideally want one on Christmas Day. Anyone direct me to best deal for 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 & 6? Current offer seems slight discount on room with some dining included depending on hotel. Will other deals be released or change?

Budget including meals is less than £3k

I assume it will be busy but staying in a Disney hotel will give us early access? Also what is best strategy for parks at this busy time?
