We're here now and I thought I'd share my first impressions - and they aren't good!

In fairness we've been a bit spoiled as we've already stayed for 2 nights at the Marriott (a VERY good value Bonvoy redemption) and had an amazing townhouse in beautiful surroundings.

We've got here to VN today and I'm really night impressed, villa is a good size (although having stayed in French Centre Parcs before we know to book the best accommodation you can afford so have a 4 bed 8NPR's VIP cocoon for the 5 of us)

When we got in the cleaners had literally just finished and the place smelt of their Body Odour, the floors were bone dry, so obviously hadn't been mopped, cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and hallways and a thick layer of Grime on the skirting boards. The furniture is all stained (and so covered with spare sheets) as are the cot mattresses.

I'm now wishing we'd stayed on site or at Davy Crockett however we've brought my parents as its DD's 3rd birthday and they aren't keen on multiple park days.

Oh dear!

I�m really sorry you�re experiencing this. A lot of people do seem to have issues but yours is the main recurring complaint. We are due to stay here in May and have been in two minds for a while. I hope your stay improves anyway
