ESTA - help please

I was having trouble submitting a group ESTA so I am just doing individual ones. I have started with mine, have taken my time and ready to make payment but at the review page when I hit continue it is taking me back to the home page not the payment page. Please help?!

Many have seen this problem. Could you try another browser or ipad?

I will try thanks. Will it be ok submitting all the information again? As they will have record of all my details I have already submitted and will need a new verifying code? Maybe a daft question, sorry

I am no expert, sorry

Have you got an application number thst you can pull up within the new browser? If so, do so.

If not, i cannot see an issue with re submission

There are many recent esta threads that may help

Using a new browser means, if you are in chrome, use another.

I had problems trying to get the ESTA website to work on my desktop but it worked ok for me on the Ipad.

I don't think it would matter about the other trial as you didn't pay and even if you did doing another one would then cancel the other out.

Remember if you have middle names on any of the passports to add these onto the First Given Name line, names on passports and names on ESTA should match.

If it works on the ipad or similar the group application would mean you only have to pay once.

Hope you can get it sorted

I have gone into retrieve application and my details were there saying unpaid so I clicked and it has gone through... 2 to go...
