Question Rivers of Light

Hey there guys, I'm on planning overload and have realised that so much is new since our last trip in 2016! I seem to have a million questions in my mind!
Can any of you please tell if Rivers of Light is worth seeing? And if it is then would we be better keeping our currently booked TH dining package or is it easy enough to get a seat?
Thanks so much for any help, it's really greatly appreciated

We did Tuskers for dinner with the included Rivers of Light show - we got great seats that way - and having a wheelchair with us we got front row seats.

Is it worth it? I wanted to see it - I've seen it once, I don't care if I never see it again (I'd say the same about the Halloween parade too (snore) so it kind of depends.

It's a bunch of lit up floats and some boats - it's not full on action, it never really gets going, but it's pretty with some fancy light show stuff going on, and it's nice to have reserved seats and not have to worry.

I'd say do it ... but only once. They could've done better.

I agree with TGT. It's my least favourite of the night time shows, but I'm glad I saw it once. I'd recommend seeing it because... well why not!

They do some cool projections into trees and there are some really neat effects used, so definitely check it out. It's 100% worth seeing at least once, and I'll probably go see it again, along with a Tiffins dinner package!

We had TH Breakfast River of lights package. Breakfast was one of the best we had, and RofL was nice. My 11 DD favourite night show. We got front row seats and got there 20mins prior to start of show.

If you are paying OOP I wouldn't say it was worth the extra to get a fast pass as people were going in around 30 minutes before show time when we were there in August so it isn't a horrendous wait, but if you are on DDP I'd do it.

It is a nice show but agree with PP, now we've seen it we won't be seeing it again this year.

This is what I'm doing - I love Donald so it's a no brainer for me . I don't like fireworks so I think I'll enjoy it.

After reading a few reviews, we went with low expectations but absolutely loved it. It is very atmospheric with great music. Yes, it doesn't have the drama of the fireworks but is quietly beautiful. Will be going back again in October.

Couldn't have put it better myself. I'm only going for 8nts in October but this is definitely on the list. I thought it was beautiful.

One and done for me too I'm afraid. It was OK but that's all. The music didn't stick with me at all, again OK, but nothing memorable to me personally. Glad I saw it though.
