Ahhh I give up. We are NOT nearer the quick service! We are further away than casitas 5 which we stayed in last year and we paid for this!

I honestly don’t know why you don’t go to reception and ask if they have any alternative rooms available if you are so unhappy with what you’ve been allocated.

I don’t think preferred rooms are a rip off but I do think you need to do your research in advance and decide on whether it’s worth it for you.

You seem to be going on about casitas 5 - I think you maybe lucked out getting this in the past and need to reframe this a bit. You paid for preferred room to avoid being a long way from facilities eg Ranchos.

Not wasting any time or energy got to kill some time while sat on the toilet. The resort is full and because I am in what they call the ‘preferred’ area I have no cause for a room change as there is nothing wrong with the room. I am merely pointing out that paying for a ‘preferred’ location is simply not worth it and we are in a worse spot than when we haven’t paid for a location in the last 3 years running sorry if nobody understands that point
