Universal Character dining - Hard Rock ?

Just looking at options for Uni Character dining..

If im reading this right, we could book Hard Rock Hotel® Character Dining without having tickets -- does anyone know how many days before the booking system gets released ?

We are thinking of getting Uni tickets, so in park options are not a problem either, can anyone share any advice on the options or recommendations ?

I rang universal about this last night - they have it on Tuesday for breakfast 8-11am and wednesday for dinner 6.45pm (i only asked about the dates we are there so there may be others) the reservations weren't yet open for August he said to call in a few weeks ... he wasn't totally sure though on when bookings open up... I know for the other restaurants at the hotels are bookable at 30 days so it might be the same...

What and where is the breakfast on the Tuesday? Do you have any links or info where I can find this info?
