We managed $120 a day for four of us at Christmas. It was helped a lot by my DH being poorly for ten days at the start and not eating much, not sure we would have achieved it otherwise!
As to the souvenir glass, that's very cheeky and I would have told him to remove it from my bill  Looking forward to more

Reading along...funnily enough I noticed (too late - after we got back to our villa) last year that we had been charged for a glass and no one told us where we could even get it from. So we paid for a glass we didn't want and didn't get!
