Magic Express
Hi. This will be the first time we’ve stayed on site and used the magic express. DH has Parkinson’s and I have arthritis in my knees and feet so can only walk short distances. We are taking 2 fold up mobility scooters, 2 suitcases and hand luggage. There is absolutely no way we can take these up on the escalator or manage without a trolly. Is there a lift we can use, I know you won’t be able to take the trolly up but is there a trolly when you come out of the lift to the train. Or shall we just leave it on the 2nd luggage drop and pick it up over at side A then walk back to side B to the Magic express. I naively thought I could leave it on the 2nd luggage drop with a yellow tag and they knew to send it to our hotel.

There is a lift so you can get everything up, but you can't take the trolley up or on the monorail. I don't recall seeing any after you get off the monorail either. Unfortunately, the bag drop won't help you as the only place you can cross from side A to side B is on level 3, so you'd have to go down to level 1 on A side to reclaim your luggage, then take it up to level 3 and then down to level 1 on B side. It's a fair distance from the lifts to the Magical Express too. I believe that you can use the luggage tag barcodes to get Disney to pick your bags up and deliver them to your resort and you need to hand them to the DME staff. There aren't many that do it as it can take up to 4 hours for them to arrive, but there are definitely Dibbers who've reported about doing it.
Another option is maybe booking assistance at MCO. I'm sure I've read about people using this and you get a porter with a golf cart style trolley who takes you and everything to where it needs to be. Hopefully I'm not just imagining that! I'm sure others with similar circumstances will be able to advise
