I had them a few years ago, I absolutely hated them, hated the look, the feel and everything about them. They were really hard work to look after and I couldn't wait to get them out. They gave me a headache and I couldn't wear my hair up as I didn't feel comfortable with the glue being on show. Was a huge waste of money but at least I wont have them again, that's just me though. Very close to your wedding day to be trying out something as drastic as that, what about clip ons ?

i have been wearing nano bonds constantly for years now.

I have very fine blonde hair and can wear my hair up in a pony and binds are not visible. I have worn them on holidays, in pools etc and no problems. I tie mine in low pony tail for bed and they are fine.

Only thing i do differently is wash my hair less. Used to do it every days. Now do it every 3 days or so and use dry shampoo inbetween.

I love mine and wouldnt be without now. Hair does feel fine when they are removed for a new set but thats not because they damage my hair and I have less its just because they have been taken away!

I must add, NEVER use extensionsists that use glue, the best ones would never use that as so damaging to your hair, I have always had micro/nano rings. No damage at all. Horror stories come from bad extensionists. The salon I use in Sussex is amazing and they have a huge clientele of happy customers. Go with somewhere that has been doing them a long time.

Is the sill bonnet any good? I’ve bought a silk pillowcase but I’m looking at buying a headwrap

I’m an extensionist! I say go for it, those of you saying they felt heavy, if you have someone who knows what they are doing they’d put the correct weight in so it’s not too heavy for your hair.

I don’t know yet, no one has commented on that yet.

Fab ta, what’s the best way to sleep with them in? Does a silk bonnet help?

Is you hairdresser an experienced extensionist?

For my wedding I got some hair extensions that you could add clips to. Died it to match my hair colour then the hairdresser used it in my up do.

Looked like I had loads of hair but without any issues.
