I have done Golden Corrall and Ponderosa (does that still exist? ) many moons ago, but none of the grandchildren have so I think we may do Golden Corrall.
Our first night villa shopping is at Publix at Berry. Large Walmart about 10 minutes north on the 27 and Target at Rolling Oaks.

Haven't been in a Ponderosa for maybe 20 years but there is still one on the 192 not far past GC.

Massive restaurant choice along the 192 near Rolling Oaks for dinner if you'd like me to post. Also the short cut to get to Sherberth to avoid all but 200 yards of the 192

Can recommend the sesame chicken - one portion is enough for two 70+ year olds

We definitely over ordered then did exactly the same the second time we went

We found the Publix there very handy too. DH often took a stroll over there.

It's what 99% of Dibbers enjoy doing

I can also say that it's equally good when people come back and
acknowledge the advice and opinions as it makes it worthwhile. Sadly too many don't

We will be stopping not far from your location, so this has all been very useful.

I think sometimes it hard with that.
I know I did a post that just said thank you a long while ago but so many people give you so much information it’s impossible to say thank you to everyone.

But this is why I love this board. Someone will alway answer and help because we all want each other hard earned holiday to be the best it can be.

Wish we were on highland reserve again. And we should have tried the Chinese

I wasn't being personal honest

Just sometimes people come on with what appear to be urgent stressful questions that I respond to with links to official web sites and I never see the OP again.

Not asking for people to prostrate themselves at my feet but a simple "thanks for that" would be nice. Or maybe just a like if they only have 5 seconds to spare.

We went there in December after we discovered the one near Posner had closed. Enjoyed it as well.
