2021 Flight bookers

Hi i have seen really good flight price for next summer but not sure if i should book. Anyone who has already gone ahead and booked flights what have you done to help yourself if you have to cancel. I was lucky this year i had a full refund through my bank due to airlines banned from entering USA. Don't want to loose out on a great deal but don't want to throw away our hard owned cash either.

I booked for next April (mid April) with BA and put car hire with it so I only needed to put down a deposit to tie in the price!

I've booked flights for next September with BA and booked an airport hotel at the same time. I only paid a deposit and the balance is due 3 weeks before I go.

We’ve booked BA flights with Avis car LHR to MCO 24th Sept 21🤞Also pre booked seats way out in world traveler=eco, return flight in world traveler plus=pre eco. Pre selecting seats is more expensive with BA than most other airlines as you have to pay to select world traveler plus as well as world traveler😐 we paid £124 pp to select seats.
