Booked and cancelled through Alamo Brits numerous times (latest a couple of days ago) and always got an instant confirmation email and most I have waited for refund to credit card was 3 days. Normally refunded within 1-2 days. Never had a problem and have saved buckets of money! 👍

Hi, I will have to cancel my booking. I booked direct with Alamo using the Britt code and were due to fly out on the 10th April. The full payment is taken off my account.
Do I just cancel on their website and receive the payment back into my account? Thanks William

Yes cancel on the website and you should get an email confirmation and a full refund within 3 to 4 days. My refund took 5 days, But all ok in the end. |

We don’t go till June I have tried to cancel my car hire with virgin holidays via WhatsApp two days ago I have given them my reference number but had no reply I am at the 87 days and if they leave it longer I will lose more money I am at my wits end with them they are not being helpful at all. I don’t know what to do they won’t answer the phone or reply to WhatsApp.any advice would be appropriated.
