anybody booked direct with airport and paid cancellation premium cancelled and got money back or are they trying to offer a voucher like holiday extras ?

I cancelled our Easter booking with MAN M&G parking yesterday. Strangely when I manually input the booking reference into the website it claimed NOT to recognise it?! However when I dug out the original email booking confirmation and clicked through from that to �manage my booking� it went straight through and found it. The option to cancel was listed and I did. Obviously now I�m waiting for the refund to hit my bank 🤞.

Update - money less cancellation insurance (�1) back in my account today. Thank you MAN M&G parking 👍

We cancelled our today, as we didn�t take the insure we were charged a �7.50 admin fee, but I�m fine with that x

I only go in July 2020 so holding on but I�m so glad I paid the extra �2 with holiday extra�s for free cancellation.
