To me, FoP is a cross between Soarin and Star Tours. If you can manage either or both then you should be okay.
Travel sickness tabs should help and maybe not ride after a heavy meal.
It's my favourite ride in WDW!

i suffer badly on simulator rides particularly star tours, the harry potter ride at universal and mission space though usually ok on soarin, but when we went to paris last year i wore some travel bands and i had absolutely no motion sickness so definitely worth a go and they are cheap as well!

It’s a much more intense simulation ride than Soarin or Simpsons. My wife likes Soarin but hated FOP - she had to close her eyes and was shaking when she got off. Not one for people who don’t like simulation rides.
