Dining reservation age

Does anyone know how old you have to be to make a dining reservation on my Disney experience?

My step-daughter linked her boyfriends and her tickets to her MDE account but I won�t let her make ADRs, I�m thinking it�s because she is 17 (will be 18 in May) but not sure if she will need to be 18 or 21 to do it

It says on the Disney website that you can call up the disney website you can call to make reservations on 0800 16 90 748 but that guests under 18 must have a parent/guardian's permission so that is probably why

Just change her to an adult on mde and see if that�s the problem
(Adjust the dob)

Children under 18 cannot legally enter into a contract that's why she's having a problem. How old is her boyfriend.

DD went to WDW when she was 17 with a high school friend, who had turned 18, That was fortunate becuase DD wasn't allowed to check in, charge, etc.
