Upgrading annual pass
Hi
Just wondering if anyone knows before I contact Disney? If I was to buy a Gold pass for my upcoming visit & decide to travel during a black out period can I update the pass? Thanks x I’m dvc if it matters?

I don’t think you can - assuming you mean buy a gold pass in February (for example) and then upgrade to a platinum pass in April (Easter)? I think you can only upgrade within the first 14 days a ticket is used but I’m not 100% sure.

Annual passes do not have to be upgraded within 14 days. You just pay the full difference between the two passes regardless of how long you have had it. I belong to an AP Facebook group and people mention upgrading to avoid black out dates regularly.
