Virgin Disney App Ticket Link
I'm so confused as I've had so many different answers from Virgin. Can anyone help?
We are going to Disney World in April with Virgin and flights, tickets and villa are booked. We have chosen to stay offsite in a villa. I have been told by a virgin rep that we can link our tickets via the 7 digit ref code to the disney app. She has said that the fastpass link won't kick in until 30 days prior however we should still be able to register via the 7 digit virgin ref. The ref is not working. We booked over a year ago. The holiday was fully paid 2 weeks ago and we have been told by Virign that within 48 hours we would get our ticket ref codes which are 12 digit numbers and these would work in the Disney app. Its now been over a week and still no email with the 12 digit code. On live chat today, Virgin have said that the tickets will be released 32 days before so there is nothing we can do now to link to the Disney app. Is this true as it is different info to what we have been told by the Virgin travel agent? So if staying offsite you can't link to the Disney app until tickets are issued by Virgin 32 days before Thank you so much for any help anyone can offer |

So fastpasses can only be booked 30 days in advance I believe if off site so it could well be true that they don't issue until 32 days before. I thought we got our earlier last time we booked them though (around 40 days). Have you checked your online documents section to make sure there isn't anything in there - ours were on a letter type doc I think that appeared in our documents section.
