Same here. Air con was cranked up, (breakfast) food (besides the sweet treats) was mediocre, service was grumpy & character interaction was v rushed. In comparison to other TS restaurants & character meals, by far our worst experience. We've loved all the others!

We were very disappointed in Crystal Palace, wanted to love it but food wasn't nearly as good as Tusker House. CP felt very rushed near the end of breakfast and part of the food area was roped off whereas at TH our reservation crossed over from breakfast into lunch and we were positively encouraged to stay and enjoy the lunch menu. The character interaction was better at TH but we did have to ask at both locations for one character as they skipped past our table.

We did tusker house two weeks ago for lunch (ROL) package, we loved the food and the characters, although my DD (age 9) didn't find that much to eat. We also did CP for breakfast and loved this too. Having read other websites tonight it seems we were lucky to get character autographs as they are not doing this on a trial basis!
