I tend to have 5 weeks between visits for the Summer and Autumn trips. We actually have 4 visits this year with 5 or 6 weeks between two of them

We left NYC last Easter & flew home to the UK; 13 days later we flew into Tampa for our next holiday with no issue. We visited the US 4 times last year.
This year, we will leave San Francisco a few days after Easter to fly home to the UK; 23 days later we will fly into Tampa for our next holiday. We will again visit the US 4 times this year; it was nearly 5! This has never caused us any issues; sometimes a comment by the IO along the lines of "you like it here, then?" Edited at 10:31 PM. |

We left Orlando 3rd Feb and my wife returned on the 17th. I’m joining her on Thursday.
When we had our Global Entry interviews around 4 weeks ago the CBP Officer said as long as we don’t spend more than 90 days there in a single visit or more than 183 days there in a 12 month period we can come and go as we please. He said they just want to be sure we’re not trying to live there. |

ESTA is permission to travel into the US, admittance via the 90 day Visa Waiver Program is at the discretion of immigration.

Excited about Disney
|
As someone else posted. I had family holiday there, flew home with family and 1 week later went back for work - not a problem.
(I did suggest to DW that I could leave her to travel home on her own and I would stay for an extra weeks holiday on my own - latest is I’m now allowed back in the house and if I’m good may be allowed to sleep in my own bed soon😂 |
