Booked with netflights... changing flights?

My indirect flights have been changed not leaving as long as I would like in JFK to do immigration etc. Do I messaged Virgin Atlantic or go through Netflights? What do you think my chances are for them to change it?

Really feel worried about it

If you booked with netflights you will have to go through them.

We have booked our August flights through Netflights. Our connection time for our return flight changed 3 times & the last change was pretty bad .. it meant we had a connection time of about 6 hours! Netflights were great at getting us on a different return flight .. we are now flying into JFK with a nice connection time.
Can�t fault Netflights at all.

What would be the shortest connection time you would leave? Might think of an indirect route ourselves next year so any advice would be good thanks
