Help with park tickets
Hi!
Going to Florida for the first time in June 2019 with my Husband and two children. Having 7 nights in Orlando and then 7 nights in Clearwater. As we are only having 7 nights in Orlando I’m unsure how to go about booking combination tickets for Disney and Universal as I only want 7 day passes. Does anyone have any ideas where I could do this or any suggestions? Thanks so much any advice would be great. X |

How old are your kids?
Both universal and disney charge a very high rate per day for shorter visits. So you might pay 80% of the cost of the 14 day tickets. My question would be do you really need to do both? 7 days is not a lot of time to cover the parks. And if you have young kids i would stick to Disney. |

As Procrastinator says, you won’t really be able to save money as the UK 14 day tickets are pretty good value. So for example the 14 day ultimate for Disney is currently £375, including park hopping, water parks and memory maker. You could get a 5 day base ticket for Disney from Orlando Attractions (no park hopping, no water parks, no memory maker), but at around £358 there is very little saving for the benefits you lose

You could save a bit on Universal, a 2 day park to park ticket is £205 from Orlando Attractions compared with over £260 for the 14 day

For Universal it will depend on whether you want to ride the Hogwarts Express or park hop as they do Base tickets and Park to Park tickets. The same for Disney, will you want to park hop or not, or visit the water parks.
To be honest though if you're only doing 7 nights you're going to be pushing it to do Disney and Universal. Personally I would give the water parks a miss and concentrate on the theme parks. Maybe 2 days at Universal and 5 for Disney, but others might disagree, it's all down to personal choice. For the Universal tickets have a look on undercovertourist, orlandoattractioins.com and the Universal site to compare prices. Links below for orlandoattractions.com and the Universal site. If you want to ride the Hogwarts Express or Park hop you will need the Park to Park tickets. orlandoattractions/t...o-park-tickets universalorlando/web...ets/index.html For the Disney tickets have a look on undercovertourist, orlandoattractions.com, or the US Disney site.
