"Extra Magic Hours" and Disney Premium Ticket

Hello,

I have a question about "Extra Magic Hours" and the Disney Premium Ticket which I can buy on "disneyworld.co.uk".

Do I get the Magic Hours with every Hotel or only with the Deluxe Resorts ?

I found this on the comparison pages.

u get in any disney hotel

Extra Magic Hours are not associated with your Ticket.
Extra Magic Hours are for guests that stay in ANY Disney Resort, this includes budget, moderate and deluxe.

If you do not stay on-site then you will not be able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours.
