Not as far as i'm aware although you may be able to have an appetiser instead of the dessert?

No they are not and you can not switch them. That said a few places will allow a change to soup or salad. Some of the show dining packages- such as for rivers of light or fantasmic includes all 3 courses.

No, you do not get appetisers included with signature dining. The only way to get appetisers included is to upgrade to the Deluxe Dining Plan.

You may be allowed to swap your dessert to a salad or a soup but not any other appetiser and this only seems to be offered at signuture restaurants.

Someone above has mentioned the dining packages (Rivers of Light & Fantasmic) having 3 courses, however Fantasmic is changing to only include Main and Dessert and no appetiser. It has not yet been confirmed if Rivers of Light package will also be changed to 2 courses only.

Thanks for the replies
I seen a video and they had appetisers included
They must of been on the deluxe dining plan
But then I was thinking was it because it was a signature restaurant

I've paid OOP for a couple of appetisers - to be honest the entree and dessert is enough!

We were offered to swop our dessert for soup or salad at The Yachtsman Steakhouse without asking.
I love soup so happily swopped!

No definitely not, which is a bit much really considering it is 2TS. It is a bugbear of mine as we just don't like desserts all that much and I have to strictly regulate my sugar intake too.

To be honest I couldnt' manage three courses!

The appetiser used to be included in the DDP (but that was before we went, so prior to 2010 at least).

If you are a savoury rather than sweet person, bear in mind that lots of restaurants (including many Signatures) do a fab cheese platter which you can order for dessert.
