Is anyone else having issues ..What to do?

We did our reservations 180 days out for the first 10 days ...I have been asking my DH to check for the next one on our spreadsheet and due to my daughter ending up in the hospital this past week I didn't check until today.

Anyway, I have realised that MDE is only letting us book 180 days in advance of today's date is it not 180 +10 on a rolling basis after your first 10 days?


Maybe I have got this wrong but I am just confused as I now should have been able to make all of my reservations.


How do I sort this out?

Edit, sorry misread you're post, no I think it's only 180+10 at checkin day, after that it's day by day

Thanks ...I thought for e.g. on your first day you could book the 1st - the 10th then the next day you can book the 11th.
So on your first day you book the 1st to the 10th and you have to wait 10 days until you can book the 11th is that correct?

At 180 days you can book the first 10 days, then at 179 days you can book day 11, 178 days you can book day 12 and so on. There have been real progress with the system lately though, so you might be better off ringing if it's not working for you. You could also call the technical support line to see if they can fix the problem.

The only caveat to this is that it's 180 days +10 or your length of stay if it's shorter than 10 days. If people are moving off-site, then any adrs after they move off-site are at 180 days before the date of the reservation.

Yes sorry, this is what I meant but it has only been showing as 180 days from the current date not the 180 +10. The MDE is in my husband's name and he won't be happy if he is stuck on the phone for ages is there any option online that I could do like online chat or email.

Unfortunately not Have you tried both the app and website? UK phone lines open at 12pm, so if you call them tomorrow as soon as they open you shouldn't have a long wait and they can get your adrs booked: 0800 16 90 748

Edit: I've just called and there's no wait, so try giving them a call now
