Problems linking Disney dining to my Disney experience app

Hi was wondering if anyone can help ... so our holiday is all booked through Virgin - staying at Port Orleans July of this year- disney dining and tickets included - my problem is .. the room and tickets are linked to the app but for some reason the dining is not linked .. can anyone please help ?

I�m not sure what you mean. Your room booking should say Magic Your Way plus Dining if you have a dining plan. That�s the only way it shows on MDE.

Dining won't show as a separate link option, as it's included in your room booking. Same applies for Memory Maker btw, since it's part of the UK ticket.

As Lisa said, it should show the dining package as part of your room booking if you click the view details link. If it doesn't, contact VH to make sure they passed on your details to Disney correctly.

If you�re clicking on the �dining plan� portion of the app it won�t show your credits until you check in. As others have said your room package should show �dining plan� as part of it

Also don't really know what you mean. If you are logged in, book your dining and it will be linked.
