Disney & universal combo tickets
Hi everyone I am off to Florida in September I just wondered if anyone knows if the combo tickets will drop in price further in the year as £1850 for 2 adults 1 child is the same price we paid for flights and hotel for 2 weeks 😟

There’s no such thing as a combo ticket. It’s a Universal ticket and Disney ticket sold as a bundle. It’s probably best to price the tickets you want for each park individually and then see if the bundle is cheaper. It’s unlikely tickets will go down in price though. They usually go up.

I just had a look at how much it would cost to buy the tickets separately. The best price that I can see for the Disney 14 Day Ultimate is £375 adult, £355 child, direct from the Disney site.
For the Universal 3 Park Explorer ticket the best I can see is from floridaescapes.co.uk, £260 adult, £251 child. Total for 2 adults, 1 child £1876. You would need to pay in full at the time of booking for this price. The cheapest Combo that I can see is from floridaescapes.co.uk £628 adult, £602 child, using the code January. Total for 2 adults, 1 child £1858. Again you would need to pay in full at the time of booking for this price. As sha9 said, it's a Disney ticket and Universal ticket sold as a bundle, but a few companies call it a Combo, probably short for combination ticket package. Wewlcome to the Dibb

Do you really need 14 day access to all WDW and Universal parks? I know that this provides maximum flexibility but if you can work out in advance how many park visits you are likely to make you could save some money on tickets by not buying 14 day passes.
We are also 2 adults 1 child (although DD is 11 so classed as an adult for tickets) we’ve paid £1628 for 6 day WDW tickets and 5 day Universal through Orlando Attractions. Still more than our flights and accommodation combined but over £200 saved compared to the cheapest 14 day combo.

How did you find those tickets?
As on Orlando Attractions, it is showing a 2-day and a 3-day Universal Ticket, so need to add both for a 5-day entry.? Adding what you have, Assuming it's a Disney Base (No Hopper Option, No Water Parks) And Universal 2-Park (No Volcano Bay) Still arrives at £2386.59 for 3 adult tickets.

Yes they are 6 day base tickets for WDW. When we bought our tickets Orlando Attractions were selling 5 day Universal Hopper tickets for the price of 3 days. It looks as though this offer has now unfortunately ended.
