! Question about Disney 14 Ultimate Ticket
Received some paperwork from Ocean listing our booking and tickets.
The kids are listed as Disney Ultimate Ticket 14 3-9 ... One of my daughters is now 10, but was 9 when I booked. Are there any implications? Her dob has been on all paperwork so never hidden or anything. |

I think she would need an adult ticket. Not entirely sure though so hopefully someone else will know more but think Disney class 10+ as adult

Is it Ocean Florida? They put them through as kids price of under 11 however will be given an actual adult ticket if over 9. What does it say on MDE under your booking?

The chances are that you wouldn't be asked but 10 is definitely an adult ticket, obviously not your fault but I would call Ocean & ask them to issue you an adult one ( at no extra cost to you as you have been up front about the age). If for instance the child is 9 when the ticket is first used & 10 by the end, then it's not a problem & Disney either upgrade free or just allow the child ticket.

Yes, Ocean Florida. I find it strange as MDE has her as a 3-9 but age 10 because her dob is correct! I've emailled Ocean so we'll see next week. Thanks for your replies guys!
