HK Disney Tickets

Hi,
My son and his GF are off to Bali next summer and stopping off in Hong Kong on way home, they are planning a couple of nights there so they can go to Disney.

He is thinking of buying one-day entry tickets for his GF for xmas, they are not sure what date they'll be in HK yet, can you buy open-ended tickets or do you have to specify a date?
And can anyone recommend any sites to buy these through please?

I've brought mine directly from the Hong Kong Disneyland website. There are some special offers that have to be used before a certain date but the one day pass I brought can be used anytime before June 2018.
