Is my itinerary okay?

Think I am done messing with my Asia Trip and ready to book all my internal flights etc!

Fri Sept 7th - Flight to Shanghai - leave Glasgow 10.30pm with stop in Dubai
Sat 8th - Arrive at Shanghai 10pm and transfer to Toy Story Hotel
Sun 9th - All day Disneyland Shanghai and Disney Town
Mon 10th - Morning doing other touristy stuff in Shanghai. Afternoon at Disneyland.
Tues 11th - early flight to Hong Kong. Touristy stuff for afternoon and evening
Wed 12th - ocean Park
Thurs 13th- Disneyland
Fri 14th - Other touristy stuff - back to disneyland if needed
Sat 15th - Morning Flight to Tokyo
Sun 16th - Tokyo
Mon 17th - Tokyo
Tues 18th - Tokyo
Wed 19th - Tokyo Disney
Thurs 20th - Tokyo Disney
Fri 21st Tokyo Disney
Sat 22nd - Fly Home

Its a lot in two weeks but its the only way we can fit it in. I am not allowed three weeks off together so this was the only way to squeeze it all in.

I really don't think you need 3 days at Tokyo Disneyland, 2 will do you very nicely. I got to Disneysea for opening and was with FP and a bit of planning had pretty much done by 2pm.
I'd consider dropping 1 day in the parks, and 1 full day from Tokyo and do a trip out and see some more of Japan.
We went to Hakone, and that could be a nice trip out, experience an onsen, and do the Hakone Loop, try and spot Mt Fuji, really lovely.
Alternatively get up early and get a bullet train to Kyoto, wander around Gion and go Geisha spotting.
Tokyo is great, as is Disney, but neither feels like real Japan
