You pay your money and take your choice I suppose, there are plenty of people who will happily fork over $10 to park nearer the entrance of the outlets and to not have to drive around looking for a parking space, so the Outlet owners are taking advantage of this and offered premium parking for a fee. If you don't want to pay there are plenty of free spaces available, you just have to be prepared to walk a bit further or wait for a space to become free.

We have always found that by getting there earlier in the day you have a much better chance of parking. Anything after 11am then it's parking hell, paid or not!

I didn't find the walk much shorted in the multi storey vs car park but thought the advantage was parking in the shade!

Go early if you want the close free parking as it fills up around noon time.

Disabled parking is still free in the multi-storey.

We usually park down on the left part of their car park near St John Outlet Store. Will we have to pay to park there now or is that free ?

I've found that the best chance of a space is at the offshoot that's got Tommy Bahamas. It's a short walk across the road and then you're in the back door of Tommy Hilfiger's, which is also a handy pick up point if your offer of "do you want me to get the car and save you walking" is always accepted by the wife and daughters.

We do as legalbeagle does - park at the “promenade “ section of the Vineland outlets , by saks always gotten parked here no matter when in day and it’s just a short walk across the road to get to the main part of the outlets

I have downloaded the Mypark app seems good and guaranteed a space. Will test it and let you know how we go. $3 for 2 hours.
