DS1 is looking to get a coat for Xmas - we go to Florida 22nd July - has anyone had any luck previously buying winter coats in summer?

Picked up a full parka in Burlington on Osceola Parkway but have not worn it in ages as I get too hot. These coats are more suited to the Arctic than our winters but of course your mileage may vary. Burlington also more regularly stock "Canada Gear" coats which are also well reviewed apparently.

Not Canada Goose, but i picked up an awesome North Face coat last August, reduced from $399 to $125. Waterproof and very very warm.

Again, had a couple of bargains with North Face at the premium outlets. If you get a discount booklet with tickets or sign up to their app (Simon- malls, mills and outlets) you�ll get a further discount.

My son got a north face parka for Christmas , we seen same one in the outlet in Orlando and it was a lot cheaper.
