Wow! I'll have to check my next pay-packet after I've paid my bills to see if I have enough for the down payment!

I just hope the people who do buy them, appreciate how lucky they are to have such an amazing address!

This is likely to be a long term revenue stream for Disney as the Homeowners will be paying a hefty annual fee for the Clubhouse and concierge service. One of my friends has been employed by Disney to work on this project selling these homes, and exclusive is an understatement. I bet that for the majority of the people moving in, it will be their second, third or fourth home.
