Premier Inn Gatwick North - Wow it's busy!
So all checked in for tomorrow after using twilight.
Arrived at PI around 1600 and it was busy busy busy! Unable to use the quick service machines as paying by vouchers but only had to wait around 5 minutes to be served. The room is clean and the air con is great, really cool. Meal deal bought but felt a little disappointed with the food. Long time waiting to be served and then for the food to be delivered. Food arrived, both my eldest and myself had burgers and agreed they were dry. DW had steak and kidney pudding and this was "bland". The only real hit was the loaded pizza my youngest had. However service was professional and with humour but again they did seem to be rushing around. So all the gadgets are being charged and ready for tomorrow. Till tomorrow

Exciting!
We're gonna be at the PI next year but plan to eat at Giraffe and breakfast at Costa rather than the meal deal PI do. Have a wonderful trip.

What a shame - we have stayed at many PIs and the food is always good. We always do the meal deal, £23.99 for two courses and and drink, and breakfast comes free.
At Gatwick breakfast is buffet style (in many PIs they cook it fresh to order which I prefer). But they will do poached eggs to order. We had them 5am as we were too excited to sleep! It was Halloween when we stayed, and the staff were all dressed up and having fun to raise money for charity. We met a superb zombie in the lift!

Apart from Weatherspoons (perhaps), I think the best meal at LGW is a picnic in your room purchased from M & S.
Bottle of vino and watch East Enders on the bed! Disney 332
