Late flight time change -VA

Just received an email from VA regarding a change to our return flight this evening. We've been pushed back 30 minutes. No explanation as to why the change is being made at such short notice though.

If youre flying to Gatwick, could be because the 13:00 flight from LGW has departed late by some 45mins

Ah, that's probably it. Thanks for the info. I wonder why it left late? Are there still problems with storms or is that all over now?

Interesting.

They don't normally bother to tell you - particularly at MCO where departure times seem to be a rough guide only, judging by the "relaxed" style of the gate crew there.

Think everything still hasn't got back to normal from yesterday when an ATC problem caused chaos at all London airports, hundreds of flights were delayed and/or cancelled
