They used to close later, around oct/nov and only one a year and alternate between parks. Ive been lots of times before so its not essential that we go, but i like to get my moneys worth out of my ticket 😂 usually when we go to a waterpark we go for the whole day ,but this year we aren't doing universal so we have lots more time to chill and do half day water park and a few hours in a park ,then spending time in the resort doing things there.
It always used to be up and out by 8am stay till closing for 14 days , but I'm getting old now and can't do that anymore

Because I do the park hours and see this every year. The park hours for BB always stop rather than saying closed. It isn't until next months park hours come out that they add closed to it.

So based on years of experience seeing this every time I can say that is currently what Disney plan. But as always that is subject to change as they also change the dates regularly.

This happened to us in September it was going to close on the day after we arrived So as it’s my favourite water park we went there for our first day.It was really quiet got there early, got beds under the shade and stayed all day as we knew it would be shut for the rest of the holiday. It was a lovely relaxing start to the holiday😀☀️
