Kid credits not being taken when no kids menu

It does seem like it should be that simple , not sure how they are making it so complicated.

So we are on a qs free dining but have upgraded to regular. I cant remember the cost but i think it was about £50 per adult and £20 a child. I asume that if i wanted to upgrade the kids it woukd be an additional £30.

I upgraded from QS to DDP for July and cost was £17ppn adult. Kids price is £3ppn. So depends on how many nights you are staying as to how much you pay.
