I can sympathise, I suffer but luckily only now and again, I agree it does drive you nuts doesn't it...usually I'm ok once I'm in bed...I'd go back the doctor if I were you and tell him/her how much it's getting you down...hope you can find a solution

Yes tonic water or Irn Bru. It contains quinine which is supposed to help. I tend to get it in spurts and it last for a few days. I've found that drinking Irn Bru does help a little xx

There are medications available that your doctor can give you. It's the same medication that they use for certain neurological conditions which is why he may be reluctant to prescribe it but if it's getting you down that much, you must go and speak to someone. Don't suffer any longer!

This is me too. Always get it on the return flight back from USA but like you, as soon as I go to bed, it goes.

I get this alot, Especially when i'm lying down in bed. I end up having to get back up. I find when i exercise it makes it worse but don't want to stop exercising. Didn't know there was anything to take

my mum always gets it, particularly bad on flights and now has acupuncture before she goes and that works for her.
