Wdtc refund

I requested a refund for my Paris trip booked with wdtc. I got confirmation that I would receive a refund in 1 or 2 billing cycles. I see that many people have received the money back after a few days. I emailed them almost a fortnight ago and had nothing.

I�m self employed and in the current situation I could do with the refund sooner rather than later.

Any advice?

Today would have been our final day there. But I still haven't received anything back yet, either! The company have acknowledged my cancellation at least.

I hope you get your money back soon!

Maybe call with your booking reference number and explain your situation. Have at least one of the cards you used to hand, then they might be able to help you quicker. X

I�ve only paid my deposit, are they refunding that?
