dispatches from elsewhere (on BT TV/AMC this week!)

new show on AMC in the US. hopefully it's easily available in the uk somewhere, because it's fantastic!

A group of ordinary people stumble onto a puzzle hiding just behind the veil of everyday life. They will come to find that the mystery winds far deeper than they ever imagined.

it stars jason segal, richard e grant and sally field (with great backup from eve lindley and andre 3000), and three episodes in (7 aired so far, 10 in total) and i'm really enjoying the ride!

nobody else yet? seriously, this show is *great*... the finale is on in the US tonight. i'm up to episode 6... been rationing them so i dont swallow them all in one go. it's still pretty magical and mysterious. reminds me of pushing daisies in some ways.

check it out, seriously! apparently it's on BT TV's AMC channel this week!

The drama premieres on Wednesday, April 29th with a double-bill on AMC.

AMC is exclusive to BT TV customers.

Watch on BT TV channel 333/381 HD, the BT Player and BT TV App.

anyone else watching this yet? the last episode was a bit meta, but i loved the whole show. we need more shows like this that are a little bit magical that dont go to dark places. between this and the muppets movies, jason segal is one of my favourite actors of the last decade

this article from the original jejune institute (which spawned this show) is pretty interesting: vice/en_us/article/j...june-institute
