Hi
We are heading there next week for a few days mini break combined with a University visit for DD. Does anyone have any recommendations for good places to eat in Town other than our hotel. We are staying at the Fairmont Many Thanks

'The Rockies' It's small restaurant situated within a golf club, however it has a separate restaurant open to the public. Depending when you want to go you may need to book. I've been several times and it's always been good. Burgers are great.

We managed to eat at Forgans in the end, which was very enjoyable. Would never have noticed it or decided to visit if it was not for the recommendation on here. We spent a lot of time in the hotel restaurants too. Hopefully get to go another time to try out other recommendations. Loved the Town, beautiful place.
