Made creamy garlic mushrooms in slow cooker and added ham at end - could add chicken, bacon, or maybe broccoli or spinach? Served with pasta but would be nice over rice too. Here's the link:

I have a new box of simply cook recipes so am working my way through them. Last night we had penne rustica which was lovely and think tonight will be their stroganoff. It does help me having these recipes as I do cook things I wouldn’t normally.

Beef casserole and mash. Ds wont eat it as he only eats chicken nuggets,sausages and pizza. The joys of autism! So will still end up cooking 2 different meals🙄

No idea. Probably whatever I can find in fridge/cupboard.
I have just realised it’s gone 2pm and I haven’t had lunch yet! Don’t know what to have for lunch either. I never have any meal inspirations, it’s always same old, same old.
