Currency - who do you use?

I used covent garden fx, top service,I didn't want next day service as at work,so sent on day I wanted,gave me all the note denominations I wanted from $100 down to $1 sent by special delivery and kept upto date by email all the way and even phoned on postal day to let me know. Very professional service.

My friends is a currency buyer and advises me to send her cash and she buys and sells various times to make profit so I'm happy happy

Thanks to everyone for your replies and advice. After using cards before we definitely knew we wanted all currency :-)

Went with Covent garden fx in the end and the rate we got (1.533) means it cost us £79 less than the best rate thomsons offered or £49 less than the highest high street rate! That's a meal out :-) fingers crossed it arrives now...

We bought cash from HSBC. Good exchange rate. Purchased late Thur evening and delivered early Saturday morning to the door! I use my FairFX card to top up other spends so we will have money in two forms.
