What have you been doing today?

Yesterday I started with a very sore muscle in my back. Today I have had Ibuleve Gel applied, taken co-codamol and Ibuprofen, and had ultrasound. Now I am topping that with a gin and lemonade. That will teach it! I am feeling a lot less sore.

I’ve had a sore lower back this week which I think I did at the gym. I’ve done some stretches and it’s been ok today. Hope yours feels better soon!

To answer your question, we have spent today on the beach in Newquay.

We are here for two weeks and today was our first day. Hoping the sun shines!

Jan, I went for a bike ride and I've just finished painting in the garden. I also offered to get Sandra a bottle of ribena because she wasn't sure whether to drink her bottle of ribena that went brown.

It's just been one of those days where I've been busy doin' nothing. Who knew it could be so tiring?

Up at stupid o’clock this morning as getting a new boiler fitted to empty the cupboard it’s in and try and get a couple of washings done before they came at 8 am
Threw DH and the dogs out as the back gates would be open and the dogs gs would be off
Fed and watered the plumber well he is my godson
Now about to think what we are having for dinner it will be mince in some form meat loaf looks like a winner with new potatoes carrot and broccoli

Visited Aardman Earlyman Animation Exhibition in Bristol. Then travelled home from Bristol on train that was packed. Glad we booked seats
