The quarantine has effected my Dad quite badly unfortunately, he still wonít get out of his car when he takes mum to the supermarket etc as heís frightened to death of infecting people, even though heís now 4 days outside of the quarantine period.Seems to have triggered his mental health issues again. Iím hoping he gets back into going out next week. The stricter lockdown measures were effecting him a bit before this and it seems to have been a step too far the quarantine on his mental health.
Wish your dad all the best for a happy recovery.

As if the covid isn't bad enough we have been bombarded by the NHS with calls and texts.
As we proved positive we get contacted for that and as a contact for others that have tested positive.
They don't seem to talk with each other.

Best of luck Mike hope you have a swift recovery. The fact you are still dibbing is a good sign.
